Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

ello everyone, my name is Cody . I am 24 and an incoming CSU LA student who will be working near the CSU LB campus. I am doing a Post-Bach certification, my coursework is online (all day Fridays) but I have work/in-person training M-Th from August 2025 - 2026 in the area.

My budget:

- < $1100 / month (preferably including utilities)

About me:

I will be moving from the Bay area, I complete my undegrad at UC Santa Cruz in Molecular Bio.

I am okay with pets but do not have any of my own. I am LGBTQ+ friendly. I am okay living with mixed or male only housing, this isn't my first time in college lol. I am respectful and quiet, I tend to stay in my room to study/game. I have a girlfriend who will come visit on the occasion.

I need to drive to work nearly everyday, so parking is a necessity for me.
