I'm a first year Mech Eng. student. I'm not urgently looking to move out right now. I'm usually not home during the days. While I am home, I usually spend my time watching Netflix, playing videogames, and sometimes guitar. I am a responsible person regarding chores, rent, etc. I don't care what happens at the house, as long as its not completely destroyed. I'm open to finding any place that's cheap enough lol.

Hello! My name is Eric, and I’m coming back to CSULB for a MA in Linguistics. I got my BA at CSULB in the same major, so I’ve got some experience already! I lived in Fountain Valley during my undergrad, so I’m actually a bit unfamiliar with the neighborhoods in Long Beach itself, but I really loved living around Little Saigon, and wouldn’t mind living in that area again! :D A bit about myself: I’m originally from Sonoma County, up in NorCal! I have a million hobbies, and it makes it super easy for me to get along with everybody! I really love learning new things and acquiring new skills, so having a super outgoing roommate who also has interesting hobbies would be really great!! I am multilingual, and in 2024 I lived in Central Asia for the whole year. I enjoy cooking (and eating), DJing, playing games (board and video), working out, going dancing, karaoke, and there’s probably more I’m forgetting. Anyway I’m always down to try new things! I don’t have a gender preference for my roommates, previously I lived with two men and one woman in my apartment (and two dogs)! My budget is around $1000 per month, but I can try to be flexible. I’m looking forward to hopefully meeting my new roommate soon!
